The Chiang Mai AI hackathon turns a month of living in the city into working software. Two days. Real problems. Local solutions. The AI for Chiang Mai Hackathon brings together Thai developers, entrepreneurs, and global nomads to build AI tools that address genuine challenges facing Chiang Mai’s businesses and communities. Participants do not arrive cold, they have spent weeks inside the city, understanding its needs. What happens on stage is the output of that immersion.
